At WOLLKI, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders worldwide.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after your purchase is placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected delivery address.
During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or busy periods. International shipments may also be subject to customs delays outside of our control, which could extend delivery times.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may result in delays, failed deliveries, or order cancellation.
If our system detects a possible address issue, our support team may contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@wollki.com. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
At WOLLKI, we understand how important timely delivery is and we work hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Customs inspections
- Transportation disruptions
- Payment verification delays
- Product availability issues
If we become aware of any issue affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and assist in resolving the situation.
Please note that WOLLKI is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping factors and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our direct control.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@wollki.com and we will do our best to assist you.
We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as many carriers have procedures in place for lost or stolen packages.
While WOLLKI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will work with the courier to help investigate the issue and may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
