Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate the request.
If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to help prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or arrives physically broken.
Damage to packaging during shipping, such as dents or minor box imperfections, is not considered product damage if the product itself remains in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@wollki.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will review your case and determine whether you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for products damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, WOLLKI cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If you experience any issues with your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
